Dr. Helen Lee
Audiologist
Au.D., CCC-A, ABAC, CH-TM
Dr. Helen Lee is a licensed Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) and the audiologist at Cadenza Audiology in Jacksonville. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, is Board Certified in Audiology (ABAC) by the American Board of Audiology, and holds a specialty Certificate Holder–Tinnitus Management (CH-TM) credential — one of the few audiology certifications focused specifically on tinnitus care.
Dr. Lee earned her Au.D. in Clinical Audiology from the University of Maryland, where her doctoral research focused on tinnitus treatment. As an extern she trained at The Tinnitus and Hyperacusis Center at the University of Maryland Medical Center — clinical work that continues today through advanced therapies including Lenire bimodal neuromodulation and the Oto cognitive-behavioral program.
At Cadenza, Dr. Lee provides comprehensive hearing tests and audiology services, prescribes and fits hearing aids for all degrees of hearing loss, and offers pediatric audiology care for children and adolescents.
Before audiology, Dr. Lee studied Journalism and Communication Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill — a background she draws on in helping patients understand their hearing and the technology that can help.

Lisalyn Minteer
Patient Care Coordinator
Lisalyn Minteer is our Front Desk Coordination and the first point of contact for patients and visitors. She takes pride in providing a welcoming, efficient, and organized experience from the moment you step through the door. With a background in customer service and office administration, she strives to create positive and smooth interactions for both our team and guests.
Her role involves managing appointments, answering inquiries, and checking-in patients.
She has called Jacksonville, Fl home for over 25 years. When not at the front desk she can be found baking sweet treats for her three sons.
